Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Constitutional jurisdiction, the applicant's use of the allotment plot was later canceled by the Chief Minister due to a change in policy. Submitted in time, the applicant was allotted and after fulfilling the terms and conditions of the allotment, the Chief Minister could not be canceled due to a change in the policy subject to the plot, before the policy change. Any time allotted, its cancellation was not guaranteed. The order of cancellation of the plot was also suffered without any petition. The petitioner had the opportunity to hear before his cancellation. Apart from this, the applicant did not apply for fresh allotment of the plot to the authority. In this case, the law was directed to proceed.
