Devices used in SS17, 18 and 18 will be sealed with or without duty execution, while devices executed outside Pakistan, except for bills and promise notes, are received in Pakistan. Seals will be sealed within three months of the occurrence. The Stamp Act, 1899 requires that all hanging equipment in Pakistan be sealed at the time of execution or before it is applicable. This section may be considered as General Section and Section 18, Stamp Act, 1899, the general rules contained in Section 17 Section 18, Stamp Act, 1899 (Except for bills and promissory notes). Even such devices were hanged outside Pakistan, which could not be sealed even in their time.
