Section 307 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), section 417, appealed against immovable ocular evidence, was credible, permanent, irrevocable, and reliably effective, and the recovery of medical evidence and its occurrence, and so on. This was confirmed by controversial evidence such as the recovery of the scene. The indictment of the accused in charge of section 7307, PPC was thus proved against the accused on record, resulting in the accused being sentenced under section 7307, PPC and he was sentenced to ten years.
