MUHAMMAD AKRAM GUJAR, CHAIRMAN, MAZDOOR ITTIFAQ UNION, ADAM SUGAR MILLS LTD., CHISHTIAN versus MUHAMMAD YOUNIS, JOINT SECRETARY, MAZDOOR ITTIFAQ UNION, ADAM SUGAR MILLS LTD. CHISHTIAN
The Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 13 and 61 of the Criminal Procedure Code (V 1898), Section 249 against the applicants in the Labor Court, complained that they had applied for the funds of the Trade Union Petitioners who applied under Section 249A, Criminal Procedure Code. What is wrong / wrong. In 1898, the Registrar was praying for the disqualification of the complaint by the trade unions, which, through the Labor Court, for dismissal, prohibited the law from admitting the crime. Except for the complaint filed by the Registrar or any person under section 13, the provisions of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, the Registrar of Trade Unions was not regulated only, nor was the Labor Court. There is no restriction in the labor court's jurisdiction to confess a crime to another person's complaint. Thus, the Labor Court properly dismissed the application under Section 249A, Criminal Code of Conduct, 1898, which excluded that no interference with the Labor Court order was sought.
