Article 12 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitution Maintaining Applicant Applicant's Scope Officers Association / Respondent's Luxury Alternative Treatment was filed by the Registrar Trade Union The applicant stated that registration of the said association without legal authority Was implemented by the Registrar of Under the Industrial Relations Act, 2012, the right of appeal against the order / decision of the Registrar was granted and before the National Industrial Relations Commission's non-constitution, before which the appeal was filed, the applicant for a specified period. Did not snatch the right to appeal his appeal. The applicant could not present any evidence (to indicate infringement of any of his rights) of the defendant / association, therefore, he had no locus standi to file the constitutional petition. The constitutional plea was lacking in merit and accordingly it was rejected.
