The Pakistan Penal Code Section 411 evidence testimony was filed against the accused especially under section 411, PPC and it is clearly stated in the complaint that the accused was found in possession of stolen property. It was legally bound by the first law that it was exported that the goods recovered were stolen property. The accused was in the same dishonesty as to consider or receive the stolen property, but no evidence was presented to prove the essential elements of the crime charged against the accused were against the prosecution. Doubtless, the conviction and sentence imposed by the trial court could not be sustained
