In the payment of the tenants, Sindh's tenant cover ordinance 1979 section 15, the default tenant, acknowledged that the rent was pending for the respective period and the collection was paid in one lakh. The landlord refused to receive such a large amount of rent for two years. The rent controller had thoroughly considered the evidence of the parties and concluded that in fact was already engaged in paying the rent, no justification was indicated that the renter would reject the tenant.
