The West Pakistan Weapons Ordinance 1965 Section 13E evidence was not appreciated from the house where the rifle was recovered from the accused in the special possession of the accused. The search warrant was not found and, in accordance with Section 165, CCPC's mandatory provisions were not complied with: Despite the residence of the accused in a densely populated area, the advisers remotely selected, violating Section 103. Gone, the CRPC wasn't even prepared for the maintenance consultation. On recovery, the prosecution, therefore, failed to prove its case against the accused beyond reasonable doubt; the accused was acquitted in circumstances.
