Rule 12 (2) of the Civil Code 1908 and 115 of the Contract Act (IX of 1872), Section 202 amended the Atlantic Power of Attorney to appoint a person to transfer the house of his principal / defendant in favor of his wife / applicant. The court's legal rule was made to refer the matter to arbitration, while the defendant / principal's request did not advertise the provisions of Section 202, Contract Act 1872 and invalid. The issue of ideological judgment was taken in its own right. The injunction based on the defendant's arbitration proceedings did not face any legal impairment decision and the orders of the courts on the basis of section 12 (2), Civil Procedure Code, 1908, whereby the order passed in favor of the applicant. Was isolated.
