He is responsible for the delay in the completion of the proceedings and thus was not entitled to the exemption of guarantees on legal grounds contained in the third provision of section 497 (1); CRPC challenged such order seeking internal powers. What was The High Court stated that because the delay attributed to the accused was not deliberate or compromised by any of the Mulphide Act or their mistake, but it was not the law of the third law enforced by the third Act. Concessions will not be lost. Under section 497 (1), CR PC, the words "act or omission" in this section were to be understood in their ordinary sense and no reasoning or construction rule could be interpreted as such.
