The scholarship that may or may not have been otherwise given to him as the objections maintained by the returning officer, had more to do with the allegations than the facts established by the returning officer and Nor was any theory or law relied on to show that there was no trust. Discounted in accordance with the law or that the scholarship provided to the student is against any moral principle which is contrary to any moral principle, despite the alleged assistance for the purpose of promoting the education of a Muslim student. The petitioner was unable to satisfy the Supreme Court on the merits of the charges, leave of appeal for leave was dismissed
