The accused accused of defining Section AA / (83 (1C) evidence) did not hide the information sought by the State Bank and sent a partnership agreement with the bank account statement to cooperate with the authorized officers of the bank. The complainant's lawyer was asked to examine the original record if the required accused, as such, was required by the provisions of section A43A of the Ordinance of the Banking Companies. Had not been violated, then, 1962 accused were acquitted.
