Advocate had earlier dismissed the accused's request for bail in the capacity of an Additional Judge of High Court, Chaudhry IV, Paras 7 and 8 of the Professional Practices and Ethics of Section 55 and 56 of the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act 1973 and when He appeared later as the counsel for the accused in the criminal appeal in the High Court, petitioner filed a petition against him under Articles 7 and 8 of the Canon of Professional Conduct and Manners filed by the Pakistan Bar Council. Which was rejected by the High Court. The petitioner sought leave to challenge the order. The High Court found that the defendant was dismissed by another advocate as far as the accused was concerned and he was ineligible to represent another accused. Was done, and finally a part of his order was also issued. Observed that in such cases, the Bar Council was a competent forum not to enforce its decision to retain the guns of the High Court professors. Conduct of relevant practices and etiquette, that in view of the operative and concluding part of the High Court, the preliminary part which caused the petitioner to be arrogant, was dismissed.
