Article 212 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan, the leave to appeal the petition against the applicant was that he was a PIA employee in association with the employee of the cargo export shed, with some of the customs illegally changed cartons. An equal number of fresh cartons were contained in the drug addicts. The court was guilty of the inquiry and it was dismissed from the petitioner's department of appeal, and before the dismissal of the service tribunal, his appeal was also proved by the evidence against the applicant that he found that Customs have been replaced by drug cartons instead of purified cartons. The informant did not prove to be a security supervisor, but he was evidence of collusion with other defendants and said that by participating in the conversion of these cartons, he had proved his guilt and was unable to consider the relevant applicant's case further. The reason for not being reported to the relevant authorities, the leave to appeal was denied
