Sections 4, 10, 15, 18 and 27 of the Election List Act 1974, Rules 9 and 16 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199, Article 199 had to exclude the name of the complainant from the applicant's electoral roll. Was excluded from the electoral roll by the Authority without his notice and his request against its removal was not resolved in accordance with law. It was formally demanded by the Authority that the applicant's request be positively decided within a week in which the applicant's request could be directed. Positively disposed of within 7 days by the court order by the Authority
