The Constitution35 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199, requesting the petitioner's petition to delay the affiliation of the applicant, was dealt with by the court on the direction that the decision was made by the University. Applicant's settlement will be made within one month. The applicant was requested to provide the required information to the University immediately and because of their failure to do so, the University would decide on the matter without providing any further opportunity.
