JAMEEL SONS & COMPANY versus MUHAMMAD ASLAM
Sindh Tenant Limitation Ordinance 1979 Sections 15 and 2 (j) were rented jointly to two tenants, one of the co-owners having knowledge of the landlords before the eviction proceedings were entered into. The death had occurred, despite the fact that a request for eviction was filed against both tenants. That one of them died and his legal representatives were not prosecuted against the reinstatement of the eviction petition, referred to in the Section 2 (J) Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979, of its meaningful tenant. Will include those who were in possession or occupation of the house. After the death of the deceased tenant, it was not practicable to include the eviction request, as no legal action could be taken against a deceased person even though the request for eviction was not manageable.
