There was no Appellant's Retirement of Order which was approved by the competent authority. There was an option. Order Although the order was not revoked, it was a wrong order against which the limit would not be closed. Due to the delay in sending the complaint notice, no proper explanation was given and in addition to submitting the complaint, the grievance application was also banned which was rejected by the Labor Court order.
