The civil court approved the case filed by the shopkeeper / applicant in which the respondent's officers were parties, nothing was on record to show that when the authorities were aware of the decree, the authorities decided to set it apart. An action was taken when the change of land in the dispute was approved. The civil court's order in favor of the shopkeeper was not open to the respondents to review and thus could reverse the effect of this decree.
