Sections 42, 44, 45, 161 and 163 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967, the cancellation of the petitioner was an excellent buyer for the value of the land in dispute over its original transfer and its title to the land in dispute. Was established by decree. The civil court approved the case filed by the shopkeeper / applicant in which the respondent's officers were parties, nothing was on record to show that when the authorities were aware of the decree, the authorities decided to set it apart. An action was taken when the change of land in the dispute was approved. The civil court's order in favor of the shopkeeper was not open to the respondents to review and thus could reverse the effect of this decree.
