Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Act (XIX of 1956), Sections 10 (2) to (4) were operating under mandatory retirement appellant Respondent Corporation when it had 191 RAM white paper He was accused of accepting short supply by source. Following a domestic investigation, the collusion of the suppliers in which he was convicted was not fully disclosed by the inquiry officer who found that 191 rims were found short in a shipment of 1000 rims. Received he said he had checked and confirmed. There were 1000 rims of white paper available on the site storekeeper, upon cross-examination he admitted that he had confirmed the quantity and that the evidence presented to the inquiry officer certainly could not be concluded. That he had accepted the inquiry officer briefly. There was no evidence of supply of 191 rims from the supplier's collusion and the appellant could be liable for the charges. The mandatory retirement order was set aside and the appellant was reinstated
