PAKISTAN GUARANTEE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. versus HAMADIA COTTON WASTE COMPANY
In order to recover the jurisdiction in sections 9 and 115 of the Code of Conduct 1908, the defendants against whom the lawsuit was filed had questioned whether their initial objection was raised before the trial court. There was no jurisdiction to hear the case. Defendants cited by the court further claimed that their support of the lawsuit presented by them in the case presented to the trial court was supported, but the court below referred to these cases. In view of the fact that none of the respondents / plaintiffs had appeared in the review filed by the respondents / applicants against the trial court's order to comment on the cases referred to the applicants / defendants.
