Sections 14 and 15 (2) (vii) of the landlord's personal need, no doubt, Section 14 of the Ordinance 1979 required the building for personal use and the words were not used in good faith for personal possession. Needs premises. Or use, which was in section 15 (2; 1 (VU)) of the same ordinance, but in any case the landlord had to establish his own personal necessity; to establish personal use, the landlord was sworn in. The witness had to enter the premises to say that in view of his retirement from employment, he needed places in dispute for his personal use. The evidence of a landowner's lawyer alone would not be sufficient to prove that the landlord Section 14 of the Ordinance requires a place in a dispute for personal use.
