SINDH ROAD TRANSPORT CORPORATION versus MUHAMMAD HASSAN
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25 A rehabilitation respondent who was acting as a bus conductor through a checking party was hired by seventy-five passengers and did not issue a ticket to the respondent's domestic inquiry. The culprit was found and eventually dismissed from employment who were accused of having employees pay rent without issuing a ticket. Documentary evidence was not presented to the Inquiry Officer or to the Labor Court so that It cannot be demonstrated that the aforementioned persons were confronted by any passenger collision. It was done without air or passenger inspection. Prior to inquiry officer or court, the conductor cannot be accused of being an alleged offender.
