A share went to F, while F's share went wrong in the rights record. Such an error can be corrected at any time as it is maulvi in nature because no such error can be obtained or not. Repeated repetition can provide some relief. Such record of facts was properly proved before the Collector, who, after the hearing, ordered the parties to correct the record of rights which was in accordance with the law and in accordance with Para 7 rights of the Land Record Manual.
