PUNJAB EMPLOYEES\' SOCIAL SECURITY INSTITUTION, LAHORE versus MANZOOR HUSSAIN KHAN

Commissioner of Social Security Institution on the eligibility of the Supreme Court under Section 5 West Pakistan Employees \ Social Security Ordinance (X of 1965), Section 5 of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 185 Law Reform Ordinance (XII of 1972). Advance increments approved by tuition are rejected. In the constitutional jurisdiction, the governing body of the High Court of Establishment made the decision on the basis of the decision, declaring the prior increments to be invalid without legal authority and without legal influence, based on the merits of the appeal filed in the Supreme Court. The objection was made. Not open to appeal, review or revision of the Governing Body of Social Security Institution in any forum, the intra-court appeal was authorized and the respondent who did not give priority to it, though the appeal before the Supreme Court was not technically appropriate. But it had the power, however, to include questions as entitlement tially the law and even fundamental rights, did not affect such objection.
