Sections 439, 190 (3) and 351 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), section 302/34, dismissal of revision and the trial of the accused, although section 190 (3), sessions under Cr. Observed the rules of the High Courts to abolish the Declaration of Death, which resulted in misconduct of justice, which resulted in the review petition being accepted and the parties and their counsel to hear in the light of the evidence.
