Revisions to sections 115 and 151 are not available for maintenance of modifications in the Civil Procedure Code, like any express delivery or manual or appeal for which specific provisions have been provided, however, The absence of an express supply does not necessarily lead to an absence. The amendment denied in a jurisdiction default in a civil court to restore a revision application for proof of good cause may be restored in exercise of the court's inherent powers reserved under section 151, Civil Procedure Code, 1908.
