Read sections 4, 6, 7, and 35 with schedules I & II. Read with the Punjab Finance Act (XIV of 1973), Sections 8, Schedule IV and V. The Cut Fees (Punjab Amendment) Ordinance (XI of 1981), Section 2, further amended Article 13 of Schedule II of the Judicial Fees Act 1870. Schedule 4 and 7 of the Sindh Finance Act (IV of 1990), Section 4 and 7 of the Schedule I of Court Fees Act, 1870; Balochistan Finance (Amendment) Ordinance (XIII of 1981), Sections 3 and 4 including the Border Fee Act / Ordinance. Border Fee (Cancellation) (Amendment) Ordinance (XVII of 1980), and any other provision in the Central and Provincial Rules to charge judicial fees that cannot be identified or referred to the court. It was declared in the supplementary statement of the Islam Annex that the filing of an illegal file to the litigation by the expense of advertising or the elimination of judicial fees on suits / appeals at market value. Encouraging and ridiculous cases will not justify the court's refusal to impose Islamic injection practices and means to curb unwanted tendencies proposed by the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 203D.
