Earlier, the conviction was sought under the Customs Act and thereafter the accused was prayed under the prohibition order under the direction of Article 199 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), to order the punishment to be consolidated, Forbidden Order No appeal or revision was filed against the convict or the appellate court was then entitled to the order. The sentence should run concurrently with the previous sentence, neither the exercise of heritage powers nor the exercise of jurisdiction under the High Court Section 561A, CRPC, Article 199 (1973) of the Constitution. I will direct or substitute the simultaneous sentence with the preceding sentence
