Former Bahawalpur State Irrigation Department employee was entitled to Section 4 Secretariat Pay Scale Appellant. At the time of the integration of the Treasury Department of the Unit One, he was approving all secretaries of the Secretariat Stable Pay Scale who were included in the former irrigation Bahawalpur Secretariat to include the name of the Applicant in the stipulated date in the Secretariat Pay Scales. As well as the department, the Accountant General has given the Applicant's fixed / certified pay and service book appellant's list of entries correctly on the Secretariat's pay scale.
