Clause 9 of the West Pakistan Weapons Ordinance 1965 was charged with possessing 30 bore pistols unlicensed, under section 9 and 13 of the Terrorist Activities (Special Courts) Act (XV of 1975), Section 4 jurisdiction. Did not fall into the arms class like GII. The offense of possessing a rifle or any other rifle pistol would not be included in the Schedule under the Act. The special court had no jurisdiction to prove the terrorist activities and the circumstances were set aside [jurisdiction].
