CLC Appeals to the CPC Appeals from the Original Decisions Order XPL, R 27 Appeal that the appellants were joint tenants, that neither Appellant was taken in their case nor trial. During the evidence presented, neither the appeal was presented to the court nor before the High Court for review but for the first time notice was taken: in the memorandum of appeal before the Supreme Court with which the appeals were jointly rented. A document in support of this petition, which was presented to the joint tenant, was questioned before the Supreme Court in fact. That it should stand before the trial court and also prove that, like any other question of the document which was being relied upon, it was in the possession of the appellants which could not be taken in the appeal phase before the Supreme Court as it was merely Would be acceptable.
