SULTAN IBRAHIM versus MUHAMMAD HAYAT

West Pakistan Muslim Personal Law (Sharia) Application Act 1962 Section 2A [(Including Punjab Muslim Personal Law (Shariat)) Act (Amendment Ordinance (XIII of 1983))) The plaintiff's inheritance case and challenge to his stay were challenged. The first appeal was dismissed by the plaintiff at the hearing, however, before the second appeal filed by the defendants before the High Court, the West Pakistan Muslim Personal Law (Sharia) Application Act (Amendment) Ordinance 1983 was enacted. Whereby section 2A was included in Act V. 1962, and the defendants in this account were allowed to appeal the TD change because of the law. It did not consider the plaintiff's lawyer to be a case in point. In the case reported as Abdul Ghafoor's PLD 1985 SC 407, the decision of the Supreme Court was upheld.
