Sections 51 and 57 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Authorization Act 1974, the Legislative Assembly (Election) Ordinance, 1970, Section 5 and 13 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly (Election) Rules, 1970, R3 Rules Status and Rules relating thereto, all the rules before the implementation of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act, 1974 are given the power of law under the constitutional rules and rules relating to elections under section 51 of the Constitution. Provide eligibility and ineligibility to become a Member of the Representative. And their validity as the applicable law, Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act of 1974, nor any other law constitution Act of 1974 has a dominant effect on all other Act.
