THE STATE versus MUHAMMAD QASIM
Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Section 497 (2) is a law guarantee scheme, death and life imprisonment applicable to matters of bail in case of bail. The law on bail is applicable in case of death and life sentence punishable by imprisonment. Under the provisions of section 497, the Code does not generally have the criminal procedure to justify the death sentence of the accused; this rule is flexible in the case of the old man, the minor and the woman, except with the exception to this rule. The second exception is under section (2) section 497, CCPC, which is strengthened when the court is satisfied that there is no reasonable basis for linking the accused to the alleged death sentence and that If there is a matter of further investigation, the court is empowered. Release the accused on bail
