IFTIKHARUL HAQUE versus ABDUR RASHID
West Pakistan Citizens Rental Ordinance 1959 Sections 13 and 15 of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) exempt the tenant from being removed for personal reasons. Tenants who were simultaneously ordered to evict based on the personal needs of the landlord. The eviction order was not justified against the personal need below because the 4-person homeowner's uncle had adopted the landlord and accompanied his uncle as a member of his family. Failure to prove that the tenant was a resident but not as a tenant, based on the personal need of the landlord, his position was taken down by the courts, which were properly excluded, raising further questions. There is no question to be raised, the appeal was denied
