The Pakistan Penal Code Section 411 was not reported for theft by the complainant before the recovery, but the matter was reported to the police the day after the day of production of the stolen property by the accused and the matter. There was no explanation for not reporting. Immediately after the police theft, the prosecution's witness, in whose presence the accused allegedly returned the stolen property to the complainant, did not support the prosecutor. The evidence against the accused was only the complainant who was not a true witness. No Confirmation of Witness Testimony There is no reason on record that the accused admitted his criminal prosecution case without suspicion, and the conviction and sentence of the accused were kept separate.
