Article 199 Constitution Petition Amnesty Plot Conversion The complainant complained that the respondent had incorporated the land of the public park into his commercial plot; In order to do this, it must take some action. The rules of the Cantonment Board amnesty plot meant that it was fully linked to a commercial plot for a public park, and that too without any consideration when such conversion was not allowed in the dispute. The purpose of the commercial plot park was illegal, even with no legal authority and no legal effect, the High Court asked the authorities to convert the residential plot into a commercial one. Directed that they actually take appropriate action to recover the plot for the park. Remove any built there. It was raised on and the petition was allowed in normal circumstances for the general use of the area's residents to restore it like a park.
