MUHAMMAD AFZAL versus CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Land Acquisition Act 1894 Section 23 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was awarded by the Collector collecting the land award for which the applicants had filed an appeal before the Commissioner, Capital Development Authority, It was only after twelve years of such awards that it was dealt with. The petitioners requested a review of the award which the collector dismissed on appeal against this revision order. The Commissioner Petitioners rejected the constitutional petition. The award was reviewed as reported in accordance with PLD 1976 SC. 752 Such a review was rightly rejected and so did the appeal and the constitutional application which arose from the applicant's ising past and closed transaction, even after the expiry of twelve years from the date of award. Could not open.
