MUNIR AHMAD versus STATE
The Pakistan Penal Code Section 457 Criminal Procedure Code (v. 1898), Section 59, was allegedly arrested on the spot but was presented to the police more than two days in violation of the mandatory supply of Section 59, c. The suspect earlier denied the arrest of the inquiry officer. The suspect, who was not examined, showed the suspect was not arrested on the spot. Eyewitnesses were closely related, no free rhythm to arrest the accused was forthcoming, the prosecutor could not, without reasonable doubt, prove his case. The accused were set aside and released in critical condition
