West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 Section 164 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Jurisdiction, the use of the review filed by the applicants against the decision of the Commissioner, was neither decided by the Board of Revenue nor by law. Was approved in its merits and orders. The amendment was also a non-speaking order; such an order was declared illegal by the High Court under the constitutional jurisdiction and the case was remanded for a fresh decision in accordance with the law.
