The appellate court failed to take notice of the landlord for increasing the rent of the house and the fact of the shop's leave. Another tenant who was given the landlord but rents it. The question is whether the vacant shop is suitable by another tenant but the appeal of the appellate court tenant was not decided by the appellant as required by the landlord. The court, in accordance with the law, declared that the order issued by them was illegal and that the case with no legal effect was remanded in the appellate court for the first decision according to law.
