RASIHAM BIBI versus ADDITIONAL COMMISSIONER (REVENUE)
The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 185 (3), which the appellate court remanded to the trial court about 17 years ago, is still pending a judicial decision to avoid further delay, instead granting leave to appeal. Instead, it is thought that it would be more appropriate for a trial. As long as the court decides the case to be handed over, the application should be dealt with as soon as possible by observing that the matter should be decided in accordance with the law within months of the date of the order of the Supreme Court in this case.
