The Muslim Family Law Ordinance 1961 Section 7 West Pakistan Family Courts Act (XXXV Of 1964), Section 21 (2) was obliged to dissolve the Marriage Family Court by a registered post within seven days of the approval of such decree. Sending a certified copy of the same shall be done for the competent chairman in the same manner as the chairman has received when he is notified of the termination under Ordinance VIII of 61 1961 during the period of 61 of61 days. After which the decision will be applied only when a certified copy of the court has been sent to the Chairman. In the case of dissolution of marriage by the Family Court, such order was an alternative to the declaration of divorce
