The R4 Sindh Service Tribunals Act (XV of 1975), approved the submission of a copy of the Employment Inquiry Report on charges of misconduct under section 4 and leave of appeal of public servants without giving final notice to the government employees. For departmental officials, this is the stage of action against government employees from the stage where the mistake was made by the authorities. Failure to provide the final showcase notice to the public servant and to submit a copy of the inquiry report, the department officials restored the government employee and suspended them with separate orders of the same date. But for more than a few years, the department authorities fixed a government employee's headquarters for his suspension period.
