Punjab Service Tribunals Act 1974 Section 4 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) The service tribunal acknowledged the petitioner's regular appeal hearing and directed him to submit security within 7 days which he failed to do so. And their appeal was dismissed. Not only failed to convince the court how he failed to follow the court's directive to submit security, but did not even apply for an extension of time to deposit the security, for appeal. Appeal was denied on leave of service tribunal.
