Either the due date court had no option under the provisions of OX, R14 (l) (A), CPC but the pre-emptor could be instructed to pay the amount in the pre-emption suit. Make a deposit on or before the day set by the court's order. After OXX, R14 (l) (a), the CPC is declared compulsory, a court order must specify a date on which the rule fails to state such date by the provisions of the court. Granted, a successful pre-emptor cannot be punished, not for a party. The court had to suffer as a result of the Court Act which did not direct the deposit under the terms of OXX, R 14. The CPC suit could not be excluded. The court ruled that the pre-emptor Does not deposit money before the due date but pre-emptor works on the due date
