The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 185 (3) argued that the legal points raised by the petitioners by the High Court were not determined, in light of the fact that the petitioners were before the High Court. The complaint was that they were denied opportunities for evidence. The High Court accepted the applicant's custody, allowed the appeal and remanded the case for fresh verdict after giving the opportunity to compile the case and present the evidence to the parties. In such cases, the legal points raised by the High Court need not be determined. I was given was nothing. The relevance to the decision of the complaint was emphasized and leave to appeal which was resolved was denied
