Section 4, 85 not only repealed the Preamble General Clause Act (X of 1897), the SS West Pakistan General Clause Act (IV of 1956), Section 7 Occupancy Tenancy Obligation North West Frontier Province Tenancy Act, 1950 Gone, but after stabilization, different tenancy laws under which the tenancy of the occupation was recognized and clearly a case of cancellation, followed by another law of occupancy tenancy. The reference must be returned to the occupied tenants as required by the re-enactment law. In the obligatory LRs and under the aforesaid Tenancy Act, the modification of the provisions of the General Clause Act will not affect their rights as occupied tenants.
