The Ordinance (XXIII of 1969) or the Registrar of Trade Unions did not have any authority which could result in the cancellation of the trade union registration that the applicant did not make his election within the stipulated period. Violates the provisions of the Constitution. Order of trade unions whereby it cancels the registration of applicant trade union W without any jurisdiction nor any legal effect
